Rejecting the mold of bouffants and updos, Krista quickly outgrew the confines of the Chez Bernard Hair Academy where she received her training and the cookie cutter salons of her hometown in Moncton, New Brunswick. Being chastised for her willingness to take risks and infuse her own funky style in order to please her clients, she quickly took flight to the "big city" of Toronto where originality and style are not just accepted, they're embraced.

Upon meeting Karen and furthering her training to include, dreadlocks and other specialty services, Krista had found her niche. Her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a client has a pleasant experience is her calling card and her unforgettable humour has recently seen her take to the stage, sidelining as a stand-up comic. Her variety of interests keeps her in tune with the latest in hair and fashion.

Ever evolving and always learning, Krista's bold personality and unique style coupled with her desire to listen to and work with her clients' wants and desires allow for client confidence that has become a rarity in most salons. With 8 years of experience, Krista injects her lively demeanor and bold style into Knot Just Dreads.
