I have been to see Karen twice now and I could not imagine ever going to anyone else to get my locks done. not only is she super sweet and genuine but she really cares about her work and about her clients. Her technique of maintaining the dreads is unique and extremely favourable for people with all kinds of hair. I feel comfortable and at ease with her and she helps pass the time quickly and pleasantly despite the pain!

i've been to karen twice now for dreads/colour and a few times to get them tightened and shes always a doll. The first time i got a black/red dreadhawk and people in sudbury couldnt stop complimenting it. then earlier this year i got my whole head done, half black half white. pure white. my hairs almost black and she lightened it in only 20 minutes. i wouldnt go to anyone else for anything other than a simple cut. toronto's fortunate to have her. |

Karen and I have worked together for many years and are friends. She has done my synthdreads 3 times from scratch and many times to tighten or re-attach. No one does them like she does, no one! No one does a head of natural dreads like she does either! No doubt about it this woman knows her stuff...if you are even thinking about getting dreads, get them done the RIGHT WAY the first time, spend the money, take the time you will not be dissatisfied! |

Two and a half years ago, I was ready to cut my dreads off. I had been to a few different places to make them the dreads I dreamt they could be...but it seemed to be a lost cause. After surfing the net, I came across an article swearing up and down that Karen was a miracle worker in saving even lost cause dreads. I had nothing to lose, and as I last ditch effort, I booked an appointment. From the moment I walked into her studio, I felt comfortable from her outgoing and caring personality. She worked MAGIC with my dreads. After one visit, I knew that she was different. Her technique and skill is second to none. I get compliments constantly as to how good my dreads look. I work for the federal government, so you can imagine that my dreads better be in tip top shape. Thanks to Karen, I wear my hair with pride and joy. You are one of a kind Karen! |

Karen is amazing at what she does, and does it with pride.i was blown away with the results! she is a miracle worker! i thought that it was the end of my dreads, but she proved me wrong. great work, great place and great results! |
